The statement of All India Bishnoi Mahasabha National President Devendra Budiya has come to light after Salman Khan’s friend Somi Ali, accused in the much talked about Salman deer hunting case in Jodhpur since 1998, apologized to the Bishnoi community. He said that Bishnoi community can forgive Salman Khan in this 26 year old case. Provided that he comes to the temple and takes oath and asks for forgiveness. A respectable society can forgive him if he takes an oath to protect the environment and wild animals.
He said that the enlightened people of the society can sit together and decide whether Salman can be forgiven or not. If Salman Khan himself comes to the temple and apologizes, the matter will be resolved. Somi Ali’s apology doesn’t make any difference, even before this she has apologized publicly.
Rule of forgiveness under 29 rules in Bishnoi society
Budiya said that Bishnoi can forgive him under 29 rules of the society. He said that there is a provision for forgiveness in case of mistakes in 29 rules of Bishnoi society. Budhia objected to Somi Ali’s apology and said that Rakhi Sawant had also apologized before this. But if Salman himself comes up with a proposal and asks for forgiveness, then the society can forgive as per its rules.
